If you wish to add balance to your account, please go to “User Center” or “Wallet” from the “My Account” section to access the top-up page. The minimum amount for top-up is 10CNY.

Several payment methods are currently available for topping up your account, as described below.

International Credit Card Top-up:

If you have a credit or debit card issued overseas, you can top up your account by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your account, go to the Wallet screen, and click Confirm.

2. Enter the amount you want to top up, and click the Confirm button.

3. Select a top-up method that accepts international credit cards.

Multiple Top-up Methods:

You can top up your account using international credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and Skrill. In addition, we also support banks in some countries. Regardless of the currency or account type, transactions will be converted to US dollars based on the latest exchange rate published by the Bank of China. Transactions are usually effective immediately.

1.For users accessing Mulebuy on mobile devices, Apple Pay provides a quick and secure payment option. Simply select Apple Pay during the top-up process to complete your transaction seamlessly.

2.For users choosing Alipay, please note that currency conversion to CNY is required. Additionally, ID verification is mandatory for residents of Mainland China to complete the transaction.
