1.Product Inspection (Optional) Selecting the “Product Inspection” option authorizes us to verify product quantity, color, and size. After inspection, original courier boxes will be discarded and the products will be repackaged using Mulebuy-branded materials before being stored in our warehouse.

This service isn’t available for fragile, oversized items, or items where the courier box is part of the product packaging.

Notes:

• Minor color variation, slight sizing discrepancies, or superficial signs of handling aren’t covered by the inspection.
• For electronic devices, digital accessories, and products requiring technical knowledge, we don’t verify model, quality, or accessories.
• We do not open sealed items such as CDs, figurines, or adult toys. External packaging will be visually checked only.

2.Without Standard Inspection If you don’t opt for “Standard Inspection,” we won’t repack or replace the original box unless it is visibly damaged. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject the package. We will ensure your goods are safely stored and protected, but if issues arise after arrival, please contact the original sender. Mulebuy won’t be held responsible for losses or damages in these cases.
