Package Handling & Inspection Guidelines
- If a package shows significant external damage or fails to meet shipping requirements upon arrival, we will refuse to accept it and may return it to the sender.
- If the package passes basic inspection, we will unpack and check for restricted items, weigh the contents, and then register them into our warehouse system.
- If the product doesn’t meet air transport safety requirements, we will mark the order accordingly and notify you regarding return or alternative arrangements.
- If your package hasn’t been signed in by the warehouse after the typical 3–5 working days for domestic delivery (our warehouse is located in Huizhou), please contact your domestic courier or our online support team.
