Compensation Details:

If your package is lost/detained by customs and you have purchased package insurance when submitting the package, we will compensate you according to the compensation standards of each route. You can contact online customer service to apply for compensation.

Insurance available

Compensation Details:

If your package is lost, damaged or detained by customs, and you have purchased insurance when submitting the package, we will compensate you based on the actual freight of the package plus the actual value of the goods. The total compensation amount is subject to the insured value.

For the specific compensation standards of each route, please refer to the information marked with the green icon at the bottom of the route on the package submission page.

Disclaimer

  1. No compensation will be provided for packages lost due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or customs-related issues.
  2. If the delivered items are in violation of prohibitive or restrictive regulations, and are confiscated or handled by the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws, no compensation will be given.
  3. No compensation will be offered if the package appears intact with no signs of tampering, and the weight remains unchanged, but the internal contents are missing or damaged upon delivery.
  4. If the tracking shows improper delivery, and it is confirmed by the logistics provider that the package has been confiscated by customs, the logistics provider’s findings will prevail, and no compensation will be provided.
  5. No compensation will be given for lost packages or missing contents due to customer error or issues related to the sent item itself.
  6. No compensation will be provided if the customer fails to inquire or claim compensation within the inquiry period after the package is delivered.
  7. If international mail is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws, no compensation will be provided.
