Card payment instructions

Payment Process:

If you need to make a direct payment for an order or package, simply click the “Pay” button on the order/package page and select the appropriate payment method. (Please note that Apple Pay is currently only supported on mobile devices.)

Important Notes:

  1. If you click to pay for an order/package and are redirected to the platform’s checkout page but don’t complete the payment, then close or return from the page, the order status will show as “Pending Payment” with a 72-hour countdown. If payment isn’t completed within this time period, the order and package will be automatically canceled by the system.
  2. If you click to pay for an order/package and are redirected to the payment gateway but don’t make the payment, or if the payment amount hasn’t been received by the account immediately, the order may be marked as “On Hold.” In this case, please contact our online customer service for assistance.
