The retention period for the purchased package is 90 days, starting from the “Stored in Warehouse” status. If the product has been on the shelf for more than 90 days, you can still purchase an extension service 8 days later. If the storage period is more than 98 days, the product will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and you cannot purchase an extension.

• If your item has been in storage for more than 70 days, you can apply for a storage extension via the Warehouse page.
  • Extension Fee: 10 CNY per month.
• If a package has entered “rehearsalCompleted” status and you fail to select a shipping route and pay for international shipping within 30 days, the package will be destroyed.
  • Extension fee in this case: 20 CNY per month.
